All Saints PFA Newsletter November 2018
Welcome parents old & new!
We need your help to raise funds for the nursery – we have a target of £5000 (ambitious we know but we did achieve it last year!) – We would like to make a BIG purchase of an interactive tablet table which will hugely benefit all children present and future.
PFA Group
We have regular, relaxed meetings to which all are welcome – we discuss upcoming events and try our hardest to organize fundraising events that are fun for you and your children; it really is a case of the more the merrier so keep an eye out for our next meeting date and do come along even if just to say hi and have a coffee.
Light up All Saints
Wow! What a fantastic evening we all had!
Thank you to everybody involved behind the scenes and to all those who attended… a record-breaking 130+ tickets were sold.
The lanterns were a fantastic addition this year, the story acted out by the teachers was award-winning and the sausages from Jim’s of Whitstable were delicious!!
A lovely moonlit event to make magical memories for our children.
Secret Shopping & Fair Helpers
Order forms with an explanation of the fantastic Christmas shop idea are on your child’s peg now – this is an opportunity for your child to purchase their family gifts from our ‘Secret Shop.’
We will need help to run the shop during normal nursery hours in the morning and afternoons of 3rd – 7th December – please sign up on the rota which will be in the entrance hall later this month if you can offer any of your valuable time.
Match Funding?
Are there any parents/guardians who work for a bank, insurance company or similar who offer this scheme? If yes, please could you make yourself known to one of the PFA – you may be able to help us access valuable funds!
