Pricing Structure and Delivery Patterns 2024 – 2025
The days and times children can attend the nursery are called delivery patterns. Outlined below are all of the different types of delivery patterns we offer.

All Saints Nursery School is open term time only – 38 weeks per year
Children can start at All Saints Nursery from the age of 2½ years
Funding Available
Some children will be eligble for Free for Two. (up to 15 hours)

Some 2 year olds are eligible for funding which is known as Working Parent Entitlement. (up to 30 hours)

All children will be eligble for 15 Universal Funded hours from the term after their third birthday.
In some circumstances, your child may be eligible for extended funding of Working Parent Entitlemement (up to 30 hours per week.)

Please note that this is the parents’ responsibility to check every three months and reconfirm this.

Hours for Completely Free Pattern
To access your 15 hours which includes (Free for Two and 3 and 4 year old Universal hours) completely free, the following pattern is available.
Monday to Thursday afternoon sessions 12.30 to 3.30pm and Friday morning 9.00 to 12.00pm
To access your 30 hours (Working Parent Entitlement) completely free, the following pattern is available.
Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 3.30pm and Friday 8.30 – 10.30am
We are not paid to hold completely free patterns. These patterns do not attract charges. These
patterns cannot be changed, additional hours cannot be purchased and are subject to availability.
Unfortunately these are often unavailble due to more popular patterns being filled.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Additional Services
Consumable Charge
Each month a consumable charge will be added to your invoice unless you are on a completely free contract where we ask for this as a voluntary contribution.
This will be charged at £1.65 per morning/afternoon session or £3.30 for a full day, that your child attends.
This includes but is not exclusive of
Administration fee
Once you have accepted a place for your child, we ask for a non-refundable £45 amin fee. Payment for this will be included in your first invoice at All Saints Nursery School.
Early Years Pupil Premium Funding (EYPP)
EYPP provides additional funding to providers to support eligible children. If you think you may be eligible, please contact the office.
Financial Childcare Support
Further financial support is available via Tax free childcare and the childcare element of universal credit which is to be arranged by parents/guardians.
